By accessing the DevDesigns platform, you enter into a professional partnership. You agree to utilize our elite digital infrastructure and design services in compliance with all international regulations and our core standards of engineering excellence.
2. Service Provision & Maintenance
DevDesigns provides world-class UI/UX, development, and hosting. We maintain a 99.999% uptime target. Scheduled maintenance is performed using OpenAI-driven predictive models to minimize impact. You acknowledge that infrastructure requires periodic optimization for peak performance.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Your visions, once deployed, are your assets. However, all underlying framework logic, proprietary AI models, and design systems developed by DevDesigns remain the exclusive property of DevDesigns. We grant you a perpetual license to use these systems within your assets.
4. User Responsibilities & Conduct
As a partner, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Unauthorized attempts to breach our "Fortress" security architecture or misuse our AI infrastructure will result in immediate termination of services to protect our global network integrity.
5. Limitation of Liability
DevDesigns provides ultra-premium infrastructure, but we are not liable for external network failures, downstream data breaches caused by user negligence, or indirect market fluctuations. Our liability is strictly limited to the service fees paid in the trailing 12-month period.
